Sarah gained a booking.com grant with University of Amsterdam in 2018, a game changer, and she career-switched from her previous role in advertising to begin to campaign for the use of SAF within aviation. Sarah has since been all over the world speaking at 45+ conferences as a thought leader, exploring new markets and sectors to develop talks, awareness and advancement of SAF uptake and production for carbon reduction. Being a traveller she is passionate about the challenge of decarbonising aviation, systems change and is taking this innovative spirit into Fly Green Alliance and inviting inspirational speakers to join “In the loop” along the way to share their discoveries and stories.
