About

“In the loop” is half podcast and half B2B support for ESG professional and innovators. We talk to and interview interesting people and groups. Then also provide practical support to get the work done!

We are interested in behavioural change, design thinking, cultural approaches and anyone doing things a bit different while thinking ahead. We have been educators, campaigners, communicators and strategists.

With Fly Green Alliance we have a Net Zero Declaration and with “In the loop” we want to talk about topics and bring people together – from business folk to curious people caring about the world with a love of travel.

We’ve nudged investors, we’ve campaigned and evangelised innovation we believe in – from broadband internet, the use of social media, online dating, sustainable aviation fuel, partnering in different ways for net zero and now small modular reactors for a new surge of energy and way of doing things. Now we move work along, some of this is on a voluntary basis which we feel is important to do, some is through FGA consultancy.

Net zero is not a linear road, there are risks along the way, sometimes you need to make new paths, sometimes go backward, side ways and most definitely you need to be creative.

Some have the role of pioneering, some making it scientifically accepted, some making it popular and some are making the work bankable. We all have different skills which is why you are all welcome to be “In the loop”,

“In the loop” hosted and curator, Sarah Wilkin, is bringing together some of her own worlds from advertising, film, digital, travel, aviation, renewables and nuclear to explore how each can support and embed change along the way and make it not just a numbers game.

“In the loop” discovery, innovation and paving new ways together.

Sarah has since been all over the world speaking at 45+ conferences as a thought leader, exploring new markets and sectors to develop talks, awareness and advancement of SAF uptake and production for carbon reduction. Being a traveller she is passionate about the challenge of decarbonising aviation, systems change and is taking this innovative spirit into Fly Green Alliance and inviting inspirational speakers to join “In the loop” along the way to share their discoveries and stories.
